You'll be joining a fast paced, collaborative environment with a team that's passionate about delivering quality and driving growth in a competitive market.\n\nThis role involves turning data into ad creative that drives results. Positioned between growth and creative, the strategist develops performance driven ideas and brings them to life across Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic Display, and Amazon Ads.\n\nResponsibilities include writing clear briefs, collaborating with designers and editors to produce ads, and partnering with media buyers to test and optimise performance. Ideal for someone who's passionate about creating ads that not only look great but also convert.\n\nTHE PERFORMANCE CREATIVE STRATEGIST ROLE:\n\nCreate clear, performance-driven creative briefs using campaign goals, data, and platform best practices\nTurn audience insights and funnel metrics into actionable strategies for paid media\nDevelop messaging frameworks, hooks, and concepts that align with business goals\nWork with designers, copywriters, and editors to bring creative concepts to life\nLead the production of platform-ready assets (static, UGC, motion graphics, product demos, branded content)\nEnsure creatives are tailored to the platform, audience, and funnel stage\nCollaborate with media buyers to launch and test creatives across Meta, Google, and Amazon\nTrack key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPA) and uncover growth drivers\nAnalyse top- performing creatives and apply learnings to future work\nBuild and update creative testing roadmaps regularly\nLead quarterly creative refreshes tied to campaigns, product launches, and trends\nSupport Amazon team with high-quality Sponsored Ads and Storefronts \n\nPERFORMANCE CREATIVE STRATEGIST ESSENTIAL SKILLS:\n\n3-5+ years in creative strategy, growth marketing, or performance creative at a DTC or eCommerce brand/agency\nSkilled in briefing and collaborating with designers, editors, and copywriters\nComfortable launching and analysing creative tests across multiple channels\nThrive in fast paced environments with ownership and quick iteration\nStrong understanding of what drives clicks, engagement, and conversions data-informed creative thinker\nHands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, Google (YouTube/Display), and Amazon Ads platforms \n\nTO BE CONSIDERED:\n\nPlease either apply through this advert or emailing me directly via (url removed).
