Qualifications & Experience:
Specialist Community Nursing Qualification (DN SPQ).
Advanced History Taking qualification.

Main duties of the job
Clinical Governance & Care Quality
Ensure care delivery is based on sound clinical assessment and robust care planning processes.
Monitor and review staff practice regularly tomaintainhigh standardsof clinical care.
Investigate complaints, safeguarding concerns, and serious incidents,identifyingroot causes and implementing improvements.

* NMC registered Nurse
* Specialist Community Practice qualification relevant to field of practice (DNSPQ). (DN Degree, diploma or Certificate in District Nursing)
* MUST have Advance History Taking
* Non-Medical-Prescriber Qualification or nearing completion of V300.
* Active on the Mentor Register
* Evidence at studying at master's level
Continuous Professional Development

Previous Experience
