Responsibilities
* Delivering NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using both in-store and digital tools
* Leading professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance
* Monitoring, evaluating, and continually improving standards of care and safety
* Working with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team
* Growing talent that reflects the communities we serve; coaching, mentoring and supporting your colleagues every step of the way
* Representing Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
* Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting
* Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services
* A collaborative, team-first mindset and an eagerness to coach and guide others

* Experience in enhanced services
* A strong understanding of local clinical networks

Our fantastic Boots Pharmacy in Midhurst is the perfect store for a pharmacist to begin their career, or for an experienced pharmacist to join a dedicated team at this welcoming and friendly pharmacy. We are seeking a full-time Pharmacist, to join this dedicated and motivated team on a 12-month basis. This position offers a strong base salary, a substantial performance-based annual bonus as well as many other fantastic Boots benefits including our double matched Retirement savings plan and sizeable employee discount! The store is made up of an experienced team comprised on a store manager/pharmacy technician, pharmacy technician, trainee pharmacy technician, customer advisors and dispensers all who are very supportive and welcoming. We are located in a small town between Haslemere and Chichester and have very strong relationships with the GP surgery as well as the customers we serve.
