Both roles are field-based and will play a vital part in ensuring residents receive a safe, high-quality housing service. 1. Quality Control & Assurance Officer – £40,850 * Inspect and assess completed works for quality and compliance * Provide expert technical advice on complex building-related matters * Lead on complaint resolution and “right first time” repairs * Produce reports, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement Requirements: * Proven experience in building surveying or maintenance for residential properties * Knowledge of Building Regulations, CDM, and housing health & safety * Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills 2.
