The successful candidate will teach Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 as experience develops. The department promotes innovative teaching strategies and provides extensive support to help ECTs make a strong start in their careers. The Candidate The school is seeking a motivated and resilient Maths ECT who is ready to thrive in a collaborative teaching environment. You should have: A degree in Mathematics or a related subject QTS or be working towards achieving it by September 2025 Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Maths Excellent classroom management and communication skills A desire to contribute to a high-performing team and make a real impact The School Located in Sutton Coldfield, this well-established secondary school has a strong reputation for academic excellence and staff development. Personalised development plan: Tailored support based on your strengths and areas for improvement.
