Pay
£12.50 per hour PAYE minimum pay; escalated rates from time + 1/4 to double pay may apply. You are paid weekly for work in the prior week; holiday pay is provided and can be taken at any time.
Candidate criteria
* Comfortable, confident and experienced in Catering and Hospitality from GA work in contract catering to Silver Service Plate Waiting in restaurants
* Drivers with access to a reliable vehicle and able to travel around 30 minutes to a shift without public transport
* Enhanced DBS certificate dated within the last 3 years or part of the Update Service (many schools are supplied)
* Flexible ad hoc or full-time availability; day shifts, night shifts and weekend shifts
* Communicative, approachable, reliable, punctual, presentable, positive attitude
* Preferably experienced Bartenders who can travel within 45 minutes of Northampton
* Preferably experienced Silver Service Plate Waiters or Waiters with hotel experience
* Ideally has done events or agency work; used to working in different environments
* Good sickness record; references will be checked
* Full UK right to work
* Over the age of 18 for insurance purposes as much of the work is evenings
