NHS Highland’s Strategy & Transformation team has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in strategic change and programme management, to be at the forefront of supporting change aligned to NHS Highland’s Together We Care strategy. Recruiting now, this rare opportunity for a senior health and care programme management position will support the delivery of programmes that support delivery of real change to the population of Highland. The Programme Manager will be responsible for the delivery of programme objectives, working with Senior Responsible Officers and professional leadership to ensure change is implemented in defined portfolios. The successful applicant will lead and manage programme activity, from scoping to programme definition, delivery, reporting. Working within Transformation requires key programme management skills, negotiation skills, stakeholder management, communications expertise, benefits and risk analysis, problem solving and strategic planning skills. You will be an experience health and care manager with experience of managing complex programmes of work, working with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve programme objectives. A Programme Management qualification or relevant experience of methodologies is desired.
