Our client has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful applicant is responsible for preforming a range of accounting tasks to support the smooth running of the business, and the daily duties include: Purchase ledger administration Ensuring supplier invoices are paid in a timely manner Sales ledger administration Debtor collection and reporting on customers Setting up and processing of customer Direct Debits both Sterling and Euro Petty cash reconciliations Ensure accurate general accounts filing within the department Essential Criteria: A minimum of 1 years' experience in accounts payable A minimum of 1 years' experience in a general account's administrative role IT literate, comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel required Company Details Full-time, permanent £24,000 per annum dependent on experience Monday- Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm, Friday 8.30am-3pm If you would like to be considered for this vacancy, then please apply via the link provided.
