Full-Time School Counsellor - Secondary Schools (5 Days per Week) Location: Croydon Are you a passionate and experienced School Counsellor ready to make a meaningful impact in young people's lives? We are seeking a dedicated, full-time School Counsellor to work across secondary schools in Croydon. The Role As a School Counsellor, you will: Provide one-to-one and small group counselling sessions to secondary-aged students Support pupils experiencing emotional, behavioural, or mental health challenges Work collaboratively with safeguarding leads, SENCOs, pastoral teams, and senior leadership Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with safeguarding policies Contribute to the wider wellbeing strategy within the school This is a five-day-per-week position, offering consistency, stability, and the opportunity to build strong therapeutic relationships with students.
