Are you an organized, people-focused individual who thrives in a busy, professional environment? We're looking for a motivated Admin Assistant / Phone Appointment Booker / Receptionist to be the friendly face and voice of our growing team.

About Us:

We are a forward-thinking training provider specializing in lifting operations, offering courses for Crane Operators, Slinger/Signallers, and Crane Supervisors. Located in London, we are committed to helping professionals develop essential skills and build rewarding careers in construction.

Your Role:

This is a diverse role that will involve a mix of administrative support, customer service, and phone-based appointment booking. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Handling phone inquiries and scheduling appointments with prospective clients.

* Welcoming visitors and managing reception duties with a professional, friendly demeanor.

* Supporting our training team with general administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, filing, managing schedules).

* Assisting with coordinating training sessions and ensuring smooth communication between clients and instructors.

* Being a key point of contact for both clients and internal team members, helping to keep everything running smoothly.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who is:

* Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

* Comfortable speaking on the phone and has a warm, professional tone.

* Strong in both written and verbal communication.

* Proficient with basic computer skills (e.g., email, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office).

* A proactive team player with a positive attitude.

* Someone who takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
