An opportunity for an experienced Account Executive to ‘level up’ in all areas – from the proposition and service you’ll offer your clients, through the way you’re rewarded and managed and into the progressive environment you’ll work in.
You’ll join a commercial insurance broking business with a compelling story; the firm is innovative and amongst the fastest-growing in the UK – all built on a foundation of quality advice and exceptional service.
Role Overview
* Seeking Senior Account Executives in strategic locations to manage key clients and expand the business footprint.
* The role combines client management, retention, and strategic business development within industries such as engineering, manufacturing, technology, construction, real estate, energy, renewables, creatives, life sciences, private equity, leisure, and retail.
* Focus on clients and prospects with support from account handlers, claims resources, and broking colleagues.
* Home-based with regular office attendance; managing clients with fees or commissions of at least £5,000-£10,000.
* Targeted growth of your book by 10%, with bonuses on an upward trajectory.
* Support from a business development team for leads and appointments.
* Full broking, handling, and administrative support, plus access to claims and risk management solutions.
