Based in the north of Glasgow, Maryhill Housing has been established for over 40 years. We have over 3000 tenants and 700 owner occupiers who we provide a factoring service to. The Role
To oversee and manage the delivery of the Association’s major repair projects
and planned maintenance programme for tenants and factored owners. To ensure contracts are managed effectively to deliver value for money, high quality finishes and outstanding levels of customer service and satisfaction. To manage the delivery of the planned maintenance programme and major repair projects in line with the Maryhill Contract Management Framework, to ensure high quality planned maintenance services and improvements are delivered to our Factored Owners, develop specifications to procure contracts in the line with the Association’s Procurement Policy, working with the Procurement Manager as and when required, Line-management responsibilities (when required) and to develop and review procedures to support the delivery of planned projects and major repair programmes.

* Windows Stoneworks to 4 Pre-1919 Sandstone Tenements
* Internal Heating Upgrades to Sheltered Housing
* Pre-1919 Sandstone Tenement Roof Repairs
On Offer
This role has a competitive salary banding of EVH Grade 8, PA28 to PA31, £51,075 to £55,259. In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package, which includes 25 days annual leave (pro rata), 15 days public holiday (pro rata) and access to a contributory pension scheme.
