* Maintaining high standards of workshop safety and equipment management

* Supporting extracurricular opportunities such as design competitions or STEM initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A degree in Design & Technology, Engineering, Product Design, or a related field
* Experience teaching Resistant Materials at KS3 and KS4
* Strong practical workshop knowledge and confidence using tools and machinery
* A clear understanding of health & safety procedures in a workshop environment
* High expectations for pupil engagement, behaviour, and achievement
* A collaborative and professional approach to departmental work
