We are seeking an experienced HR professional with extensive employee relations experience, excellent employment law knowledge, and the confidence to advise and coach leaders on complex employee relations issues. This pivotal role involves delivering high-quality, expert service to foster a leader-led people culture, ensuring fairness, consistency, and legally sound outcomes across the organisation.
You will work closely with People Partners and leaders to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and support a positive colleague experience. Experience in managing high-volume complex cases and supporting ER strategy implementation is essential.

You will join the People Operations Team, working with 3 Senior Specialists, 3 Advisors, and Administrators, and collaborating with leaders and teams across the business, including People Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Salaries.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex employee relations cases, facilitating constructive conversations and ensuring legal compliance.
* Coach and advise leaders to support confident decision-making.
* Support health and wellbeing initiatives, collaborating with Occupational Health and external partners.
* Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
* Build relationships with stakeholders, including Trade Union representatives and senior leaders.
* Lead HR projects and workshops to enhance leadership and cultural change.
* Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and risks, providing insights for improvement.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience managing complex, high-volume employee relations cases.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and its application.
* Experience coaching leaders on ER matters.
* Familiarity with Occupational Health processes and long-term absence management.
* Ability to develop and implement HR policies.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
