Here's what you'll be up to… We’re modernising the way we work — transforming how Council operates and implementing a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. As our Change Specialist, you’ll help ensure our people understand, adjust to and successfully adopt new processes, systems and ways of working. You will: Conduct change impact and stakeholder assessments to understand how the ERP program affects different teams Assist in designing and implementing the program’s Change Management framework Prepare and maintain change management documentation such as plans, reports, readiness assessments and supporting artefacts Support the planning and coordination of change activities across the project lifecycle Contribute to stakeholder engagement efforts, including workshops, communications, and change champion network activities Track and report on change metrics, insights and benefits realisation Support capability uplift activities, including identifying change‑related gaps and helping develop targeted support resources Work closely with the Change Manager, Organisational Transformation Project Manager, Subject Matter Experts, and ERP project team to drive successful adoption Your work will directly contribute to a smooth organisational transition — enabling staff to feel informed, supported and confident throughout the change journey.
