Your Role and What You'll Be Doing
Working as a Systems Co-ordinator for our HR system, People Platform, you’ll support the Product Owner and Systems Lead in coordinating and administering HR Technology Platforms and Systems. You’ll also provide 2nd line technical support for all HR systems, which may involve diagnosing and resolving complex issues. Within this role, you’ll handle all team document management, including maintaining system user guides and process diagrams, and providing super-user training to the wider HR team.
Supporting the HR Technology team in the coordination and administration of HR Systems and related work
Acting as 2nd line technical support, resolving complex issues, logging tickets with third-party suppliers, and escalating issues to the Systems Leads and Product Owner as appropriate
Managing access to HR Systems and Data according to governance policies
Maintaining system guides and collateral, and providing super-user training to the People team and wider business as needed
Working closely with Systems Leads & Data Analysts to capture and document reporting requirements, system processes, and data maps
Collaborating with other system administrators across the business to stay updated on wider system and data projects
Collating and cleansing data, delivering basic reports and insights, and responding to information requests with support from System Leads
Supporting System Leads & Data Analysts in delivering cyclical reporting and activities
Maintaining team project plans and trackers, including documenting team actions
About You
Previous experience working in HR, especially in data management or systems
Experience with SAP products, preferably SuccessFactors
Excellent attention to detail with strong written, numerical, and analytical skills
Exceptional organizational skills with flexibility and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
High IT literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office
Understanding of people processes and ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Flexible approach to work and positive attitude towards change
