Robert Half Technology are assisting a technology and advisory firm to recruit a Commercial Analyst. Hybrid working. London based.
Role
1. The Commercial Analyst will work closely with Data and Revenue Operations teams to drive commercial performance through data-led insights.
2. Extract, analyse, and interpret large datasets to identify revenue trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
3. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track revenue performance, sales effectiveness, and core business KPIs.
4. Support revenue forecasting, scenario planning, and pricing strategy through robust financial and commercial modelling.
5. Partner with stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and operations to enable data-driven decision-making.
6. Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and automation across the business.
7. Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that support business growth and efficiency.
Profile
8. The Commercial Analyst will have strong experience in data analysis, financial modelling, and commercial reporting.
9. Advanced Excel and SQL skills are essential; experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is highly desirable.
10. Strong understanding of revenue drivers, pricing strategies, and commercial performance metrics.
11. Proven ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders across finance, sales, marketing, and operations.
12. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into strategic insight.
13. Experience within SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or a fast-paced commercial environment is advantageous.
