* Designing/delivering modules in contextual studies
* Undertaking administrative, management and leadership duties
* Maintaining excellent communications alongside colleagues to ensure the provision of good academic support for students
* Engaging in student recruitment activities
* Participating in quality assessments and programme reviews
Person Specification
Candidates should have a first degree in a relevant subject/discipline and a postgraduate degree or extensive professional experience in the musical theatre industry and related practice-based fields. Teaching skills in contextual studies, plus one or more of the following: singing, acting, dance, voice are required, together with demonstrable experience of making effective, positive and active contributions to the organisation and management of academic departments.
