As our Contract Support & Compliance Officer, you’ll lead a small, dedicated team that plays a vital role in supporting our Environmental Services division. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across Forestry, Waste, Public Realm, Parks, and Grounds services—delivered in partnership with Veolia—to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. What you’ll be doing: Overseeing financial transactions to ensure accuracy and timely payments. Supporting procurement of key assets and maintaining critical stock levels. Assisting senior managers with targeted contract management checks. Contributing to our ongoing digital transformation journey. Tackling a variety of tasks—from resolving financial queries to auditing bin stock and handling office infrastructure—all in a single day. What we’re looking for: Proven experience in contract management or administrative roles. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Familiarity with payment and ordering systems. Understanding of contract management principles. A keen interest in digital innovation.
