Job Description
3. Manage and oversee daily home care operations to ensure excellent service delivery.
4. Ensure compliance with care regulations and organisational policies at all times.
5. Lead, support, and develop a team of care staff to achieve performance targets.
6. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and maintaining satisfaction.
7. Monitor and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
8. Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency.
9. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
10. Coordinate with external agencies to ensure seamless service provision.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Service Manager (Home Care) should have:
