This is a senior leadership role within a well established practice that is planning for continued growth and long term succession.

They would be particularly interested in individuals with technical skills in areas such as VAT, stamp duty, probate or forensic accounting. They are also very open to candidates who have developed sector specialisms, for example in not for profit, agriculture, manufacturing, construction or other niche areas that would add value to their client base.
Key aspects of the role include
1. Leading and developing a varied client portfolio
2. Providing high level technical support across accounts and tax
3. Taking an active role in business development, including networking, tendering and helping to drive new client wins
4. Playing a central role in the firms strategic planning and long term growth
5. Building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities
6. Supporting and mentoring the wider team to ensure continued development
7. Contributing to the senior leadership team
