Salary: £12.74 - £14.28 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Inglby Barwick. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example while remaining actively involved in day-to-day cleaning operations.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 10am-6pm
Key Responsibilities
o Supervising and supporting the on-site cleaning team of 6
o Hands-on cleaning duties to maintain high standards
o Creating and managing staff rotas
o Stock taking and ordering cleaning supplies
o Providing and arranging training for new hires
o Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to specification
About You
o Previous experience in a cleaning or supervisory role
o Hands-on, reliable, and well organised
o Confident managing rotas, stock and training
o Able to work independently and as part of a team
o Must hold an Enhanced DBS
