Responsibilities
* Provide expert technical advice and tailored product solutions to clients across various sectors.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, guiding them from initial enquiry to order completion.
* Prepare accurate and compelling quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
* Collaborate closely with engineering and service teams to ensure client requirements are met to the highest standard.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing accounts.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a technical sales role, ideally within the pumps, wastewater, or engineering sectors.
* A solid understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
* Exceptional communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
* The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
* A proactive, solutions-driven approach to problem-solving.
