We’re looking for a Crisis Housing Support Worker to provide case management support to individuals and families accessing our Crisis Housing Support Program. In this role, you will: Supporting people through case management, including assessments and goal planning Helping clients find safer, more stable accommodation Making warm, supported referrals to services that really fit their needs Working alongside community partners, agencies, and funding bodies to build better outcomes Joining service networks and contributing to innovative, high‑quality programs Getting involved in community education to break down myths and improve understanding of homelessness While you will work with people experiencing crisis, this is not a crisis response role. Your skills and experience Tertiary qualifications in human services, welfare or social services or substantial years of relevant experience.
