Digital Systems Officer
Carmarthen
Contract
£16.62 per hour
Our client is looking for an experienced Digital Systems Officer.
Requirement to travel across Carmarthenshire to various depots and offices.
Skills in Power Automate & PowerBI are preferred.
The role (supporting frontline facing operations) there is requirement for the candidate to be fully flexible with the ability to travel across Carmarthenshire to our various depots and office locations.

IT related Higher Diplome or equivalent in relevant subject area.
Proven experience in a IT Systems Role.
Job Related Skills and Competencies
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work.
Ability to quickly analyse problems make decisions and provide effective solutions.
Ability to initiate and manage programming / coding developments using innovative and
creative thinking.
Able to interpret and disseminate financial data.
Knowledge
Comprehensive technical knowledge of latest and emerging digital technologies; including supporting and developing software applications.
Demonstrate a working Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
Experience
Proven aptitude for learning and applying new software and technology skills quickly.
Knowledge and experience of IT system maintenance.
Experience of communicating and dealing with users, customers and external organisations at all levels.
An understanding of statutory, legislative and regulatory requirements and how it applies to the support environment of business critical and operational systems.
Proven working experience in integrating data to and from various back-end systems and databases.
This role is required assist with the administration, development and training on the
Departments business critical systems, which are vital to the running and operation of
the department and also for the delivery of projects and prioritised work within the team
and core systems; such as critical end-of-year processes, major system upgrades and to
ensure compliance with statutory, legislative and regulatory requirements.
