* Curriculum Delivery: Planning and facilitating high-quality Physics lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. The ability to teach A-Level Physics (including mechanics, fields, and nuclear physics) is essential.
* Practical Excellence: Leading sophisticated laboratory experiments—from wave interference and circuit analysis to radioactive decay simulations—ensuring students master the "Required Practicals" with precision.
* Mathematical Mastery: Supporting students in the application of complex equations and the manipulation of data, bridging the gap between abstract mathematical theory and physical reality.
* GCSE & A-Level Success: Guiding students through the AQA, Edexcel, or OCR specifications, using diagnostic marking and retrieval practice to ensure top-tier examination results.
* STEM Leadership: Driving the school’s Physics-focused extracurriculars, such as "Lego Mindstorms," rocketry clubs, or preparation for the British Physics Olympiad.
