As an Administrator at UKPS, youll report to the Asset Value Team Leader and play a key part in maintaining and updating the databases and registers that underpin our asset value claims. Your accuracy and organisational skills will help ensure our records are reliable, up-to-date, and aligned with business requirementssupporting the teams wider commercial and regulatory responsibilities. Working through lists of missing / outstanding sections of data returned by the network and completing to allow claims to be closed out. Maintenance of the Meter point administration Number (MPAN) / Meter Point registration number (MPRN) registers and systems to ensure that: All Asset Value (AV) claims are supported by MPAN / MPRN registers Maintenance of the Asset Value Claim Trackers to ensure: The Asset Value Co-Ordinators can process claims as efficiently as possible All information is accurate and up to date at all times That UKPS project managers can create work instructions using the information populated onto the database and UKPS systems To support the Asset Value Manager, Asset Value Team Leader and wider Asset Value team in other matters that arise from time to time Experience / Knowledge: Administration experience IT Literate and experience using Microsoft Packages.
