Job Description
* Work within collaborative design teams across to DD stage on highly anticipated, hospitality or mixed use projects internationally
* Ensure the design standards are both maintained and met
* Attend design team meetings, leading internal teams and presentations
* Liaise with the clients, consultants and contractors on projects
* Guide juniors on design, and technical details when needed
Key Skills
* RIBA Part III qualified or equivalent, with ideally 4-5 years post-qualification experience
* Demonstrable experience working on hospitality, and mixed-use projects internationally. Heritage or high-end housing experience is also of interest.
* Have a strong attention to detail
* Strong client relations and communication skills
* Thrives in fast paced environment, with experience overseeing project deliverables
* Must either be fluent in Rhino or Revit. Ideally both.
* Holistic experience across the majority of RIBA stages is ideal
