Behaviour Mentor (part & full time) Boston £89 per day (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications) May 2025 – ongoing This successful, ‘outstanding’ special school catering to pupils aged 2 – 19 with a wide range of special educational needs are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Behaviour Mentor starting on an ad hoc basis possibly leading to a longer term role for the right candidate. The Behaviour Mentor will be responsible for supporting the teacher with the smooth running of the classroom and pupils within the classroom or on a 1:1 basis with their work or managing behaviour. Requirements: The desired Behaviour Mentor will; Hold a minimum L2 Teaching Assistant qualification Have knowledge and experience supporting children with special educational needs Have excellent communication skills Have a caring and empathetic manner What we offer: As a Behaviour Mentor, part of our team, you benefit from: Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
