As an Associate Digital Performance & Planning Manager, you will collaborate in researching, organizing, and analyzing data and information. You will assist in designing and implementing a Workforce plan, helping to identify demand and monitor recruitment (supply) against demand within budget. You will support the design of Performance Dashboards, Scorecards, and Data Visualisations that help teams better understand their work. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with relevant policies, such as compulsory training, accessibility accommodations, health and safety improvements, and the efficient use of IT equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Confidently using Microsoft Excel to collate and analyze data, draw conclusions, and report findings using appropriate Microsoft products.
2. Reassessing workloads and priorities amidst conflicting demands.
3. Managing stakeholder relationships to meet shared goals.
4. Problem solving by identifying and recommending process improvements.
