Network 2 Supplies is an innovative, growing company providing solutions that deal with end-of-life technology equipment securely and sustainably. We offer end to end Professional IT Lifecycle Services across the breadth of our clients' IT estates.
As part of our growth, we are looking for enthusiastic, and highly organised Project Administrator to support our Contract Manager and Installations team.
This is a busy and varied role in which you will be doing the following:
* Contacting customers to arrange works to be carried out (book into shopping centres, airports, train stations where necessary)
* Contacting customers to book engineers on to site either by phone or internet portal.
* Liaising with the Contract Manager to ensure that the resource allocated to projects is suitable and sufficient.
* Entering debrief activities onto the relevant customer portal.
* Assisting with keeping work schedules updated on the shared drive.
* Updating records via customer shared point with confirmed information
* Corresponding with external stakeholders to document all project activities.
* Adding all jobs to quote sheet in time for monthly payment files to be submitted.
* Completing regulatory documents for transportation of goods
* Assisting with warehouse stock management using the internal system.
* Arranging hire vehicles for engineers when required.
* Booking travel and accommodation for engineers.
* Booking courier collections.
* Ensuring that the required health & safety documentation is available to engineers for site visits.
To be considered for this role you must have the following skills and expertise:
* Experience in project administration and/or coordination
* Experience of scheduling and or planning.
* Strong administration skills
* Strong IT skills, excel spreadsheets and CRM systems
* Numerical data entry experience
* Highly accurate when working with numerical data.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Ability to effectively manage own workload.
* Strong communicator (both written and verbal) - someone who can tailor their communication style to suit a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Confident working autonomously as well as being a strong team player and an advocate of collaboration.
* Have a 'one team' mentality
