We are seeking a detail-oriented Credit Controller to join a growing team within the industrial and manufacturing sector. As part of a medium-sized team, the organisation values precision and accountability in its operations. Description Manage and maintain debtor accounts, ensuring timely payments are received. Perform credit checks and set appropriate credit limits for customers. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly and professionally. Prepare and distribute monthly statements of accounts to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve invoice queries. Monitor overdue accounts and take appropriate action to recover outstanding debts. Provide regular reports on credit control activities to management. Assist in improving credit control processes and procedures where needed.Profile A successful Credit Controller should have: Previous experience in credit control or a similar role within accounting and finance. A strong understanding of financial processes and account reconciliation. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
