We’re working with a leading global technology company at the forefront of AR/VR and immersive experiences. Their one of the division is scaling fast and driving the future of retail, introducing new technologies and categories to consumers.
They are now seeking a Retail Display Project Manager to deliver innovative retail display programmes across the UK and Europe.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver design, campaign, and long-term fixture programmes for retail experiences.
* Support temporary pop-up and campaign activations that will evolve and scale across Europe.
* Act as the key connector between vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
* Track budgets, manage POs, and maintain spend documentation with precision.
* Drive project discipline with strong documentation and deadline tracking.
* Lead vendor calls, ensuring milestones are met and timelines stay on track.
* Contribute to internal process improvements across retail programmes.
* Step in where needed to support the wider team.
What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years of experience in retail display or physical project management within large organisations.
* Proven background in retail partner management and fixture implementation.
* Strong skills in project tracking, vendor coordination, and budget management.
* Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word (Google Suite a plus).
* Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to spot inconsistencies quickly.
* Skilled at conflict resolution, with the ability to maintain a positive and collaborative team culture.
* Flexible, approachable, and adaptable in navigating diverse organisational environments.
