Programme Manager
Financial Services | Up to £95,000 | Hybrid - Leeds
We are seeking experienced Programme Managers to join a Change Delivery function within a large financial services organisation. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering complex change programmes, working closely with business functions, third parties and senior stakeholders.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, based in Leeds with hybrid working (a mix of office and home-based working).
About the role
1. Design the overall approach and delivery plans for assigned programmes, spanning multiple projects and workstreams
2. Lead and support programme teams in partnership with a Senior Programme Delivery lead and Director-level sponsors
3. Provide clear guidance to stakeholders on interdependencies, risks, alternative delivery approaches and optimal routes to delivery
