Overview
Gas Engineer role at TieTalent to work within social housing properties in Cannock, primarily on kitchen and bathroom projects, with some travel required to support other contracts.
Responsibilities
* Boiler installations, isolations, gas pipe alterations, reconnecting appliances, capping off and inspections
* Servicing, fitting parts, meter moves and fault finding
* Gas flues for roof replacements
* Enabling works for decarbonisation projects (extending flues and gas pipes, isolation and recommissioning)
* Domestic gas testing and certification of all works
* Working in both occupied and void properties
* Managing workload independently from job tickets or handheld devices
Candidate profile
* Experience in social housing and planned maintenance
* ACS, CKR1, CCN1, CENWAT/CEN1, HTR1 & CPA1 certifications
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to undertake a DBS check
