The primary purpose of your role is to manage the development of your designated clients across various industry sectors. A strong and robust Client roadmap focusing on incremental value is crucial to your success. You will have the ability to present detailed insights to your clients on projects such as data, CDP, analysis, Insight, CRM, and day-to-day operations, ensuring maximum impact of the partnership.
You will work with established clients and supporting teams, assisting with planning, scheduling, briefing, and delivering exceptional client service. You will represent the voice of the client internally, ensuring the completion of BAU project delivery as well as bespoke projects initiated by XCM or the client.
You should be confident, organized, driven, and passionate about building relationships, delivering value, and guiding clients to utilize the Horizon platform fully with your strong technical knowledge.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Understanding client reporting and KPIs, providing insights to aid in developing proposals.
2. Maintaining regular communication with clients about ongoing projects.
3. Managing and progressing the Client Roadmap with support from your team and senior stakeholders.
4. Updating and maintaining client documentation, requiring strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
5. Supporting planning, scheduling, and delivery of work to meet SLAs.
6. Keeping senior stakeholders informed of opportunities and issues.
7. Ensuring accurate commercial reporting and documentation on a weekly basis.
