Change Manager – ERP Transformation (12-Month FTC)
Sheffield (Hybrid)
£50,000–£60,000 + flexibility for exceptional candidates

We are supporting a private equity-backed technology organisation undergoing significant transformation, including a major ERP implementation, acquisitions integration, and broader business change initiatives.
As part of this journey, we are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead structured change across a large-scale ERP programme (public cloud implementation). This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with high visibility and real influence across the business.
The Opportunity
You will bring structured, best-practice change management capability into a growing organisation that already has strong change maturity but needs dedicated professional expertise to support a complex ERP transformation.
Although dedicated to the ERP programme, you will report centrally to the senior leadership team to ensure alignment across:
* ERP implementation (primary focus)
* Integration of recent acquisitions
* Ongoing AI and digital initiatives
This role offers the opportunity to shape and embed change capability across the wider business — not just deliver within a siloed programme.
What We’re Looking For
Led or played a key role in an end-to-end ERP change journey
Experience working within public cloud ERP environments
Strong grounding in recognised change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR or similar)
The confidence to apply structured frameworks pragmatically
Experience across functions such as Finance, Procurement, Operations, Warehousing or
Projects
The credibility to influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively
System-specific S/4HANA expertise is not essential. Change management expertise is.
You’ll need to be comfortable operating in an environment where:
* Processes are well documented
* SMEs may be attached to “how we’ve always done it”
* The organisation expects best practice to be adopted, not over-customised
