Warehouse Operative People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our well-established client based in Raunds, Northamptonshire. Shifts available (to be agreed upon requirement): 06:00 – 14:30 08:30 – 17:00 09:00 – 17:30 12:00 – 20:30 14:30 – 23:00 Pay rate: £12.77 - £24.62 per hour Benefits Weekly pay Excellent hourly rates No weekend work Overtime available Day-to-Day Duties Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Carry out stock control and regular stock checks Receive, check, and book in deliveries (goods in) Prepare and label goods ready for dispatch Load and unload vehicles safely Move and organise stock within the warehouse Ensure all items are stored correctly and safely Follow health and safety guidelines at all times Use hand-held scanners and other equipment where required Maintain a clean and organised working environment Essential Skills Basic level of English (spoken and written) Reliable and punctual Good communication skills Ability to work well as part of a team Positive and proactive attitude Desirable Experience Previous warehouse experience (advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided) Experience using hand-held scanners or similar equipment Training Provided Industry related training and ongoing support throughout.
