Role overview
As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you’ll assist our customers in finding and selecting eyewear that meets their needs. Your responsibilities include helping with frame adjustments, repairs, fittings, and performing some pre-screening eye examinations. You will also handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, supporting customer queries via phone, and processing payments.
Your goal is to provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers leave satisfied with eyewear that fits properly and meets their vision needs. You will play a key role in our mission to help customers ‘See More and Be More’ by offering tailored, effective service to maximize their visual potential and enhance their lifestyle.
Although the hours for this role are advertised, we are open to discussing flexible working options to fit your needs, whether that’s around the school run or a compressed workweek.
