Early Years Practitioner - College Nursery Staff (20 hours)
September 2026 start. Join the friendly and nurturing team at the College Nursery in Truro. As a valued member of our nursery team, you will work closely with senior practitioners to support the care, development, and wellbeing of babies and young children in a stimulating and inclusive environment, from 6 weeks old up to 4 years.
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) is essential, or currently working towards level 3 with a current L2.
* At least 12 months' experience working within an early years setting.
* A genuine passion for early childhood education and a child‑centred approach to care.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts in line with the operational needs of the nursery.
Working Hours: The nursery is open Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 6:00pm. As part of this role, you’ll be expected to cover shifts across these hours when required.
