Proper Recruitment are working with a well-established law firm in North London who are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Private Client department on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone organised, efficient and confident within a legal support role.
Responsibilities
* Transcribing from dictation
* Taking notes and preparing legal documents
* Managing and updating files on the case management system
* Providing general secretarial and administrative support
* Supporting fee earners within the Private Client department
* Ensuring all documentation is accurate and professionally presented
Requirements
* Minimum 2+ years’ experience in the legal industry
* Familiarity with Linetime/Liberate case management system beneficial
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Friendly, patient and efficient approach
* £23.00 per hour
* Part-Time | On Site | 2–3 Days Per Week
* Start Date: ASAP
