Position: KS2 Teaching Assistant (SATS Intervention & Classroom Support)

Role and Responsibilities:
* Provide targeted SATS intervention and support to KS2 students, focusing on reading, English, and Maths.
* Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, ensuring that all students can access the curriculum effectively.
* Work closely with teachers to identify students' needs and tailor support strategies accordingly.
* Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
* Support classroom management and help create a positive learning environment.
* Utilize various teaching techniques and resources to address different learning styles and abilities.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a KS2 Teaching Assistant, particularly in SATS intervention and classroom support.
* Strong background in supporting reading, English, and Maths at the KS2 level.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
* Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine commitment to helping children succeed.
* Relevant qualifications or training in education support.
