Salary: £25,800 - £27,095 (NJC 14 - 17)

Role Overview

As an IT Assistant, you will support our IT team by assisting staff and students with technology use, troubleshooting issues, and helping maintain IT equipment. This role offers a great opportunity to develop technical skills in a friendly, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Support & Troubleshooting: Assisting with IT queries, device setup, and resolving basic technical issues.
2. Device Setup & Maintenance: Setting up, distributing, and maintaining computers, tablets, and other IT equipment.
3. User Assistance & Training: Providing basic IT training and creating user guides for staff and students.
4. IT Asset Management: Tracking IT equipment and ensuring proper storage and maintenance.
5. General IT Support: Supporting the IT team with administrative tasks and adherence to IT policies.
