We’re looking for a Senior Lead Contract Support to join our Operations Support & Governance (OSG) team on a fixed-term basis.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead a best-in-class contract support function, combining financial management, FM operational administration, and governance. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, profitability, and compliance across all commercial and operational activity, while supporting both internal teams and key client relationships.
You’ll also drive process improvement, strengthen financial controls, and help operational teams enhance commercial awareness — ensuring we consistently deliver on contractual obligations while protecting margin.
About the Job
* Lead and develop the Contract Support function, providing guidance, training, and leadership to administrators
* Produce financial and operational reporting, including P&L support, KPIs, and performance insights
* Oversee all commercial processes, including:
o Work Orders, Purchase Orders, and invoicing
o WIP management and financial accuracy checks
o Maintenance and reactive billing
* Support P&L reviews alongside Finance and senior stakeholders
* Monitor profitability, spend patterns, and cost controls, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiencies
* Act as a key point of contact for client and internal queries, ensuring excellent service delivery
* Ensure robust governance and compliance with company policies and contractual requirements
* Manage and optimise system usage (PPM, reactives, reporting)
* Conduct audits, reporting, and process reviews to drive continuous improvement
* Build strong relationships with clients, supply chain, and operational teams
* Support operational delivery through site engagement and coordination activities
To be successful you will have:
You’ll bring a strong background in FM contract support and financial administration, with the confidence to lead from the front and influence at all levels.
* Proven experience in contract support, commercial analysis, and operational finance
* Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong MS Office capability
* Highly analytical with excellent numerical and problem-solving skills
* Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Strong communicator, able to engage with stakeholders across all levels
* Experience within FM or service-based environments (highly desirable)
