With a client base of over 600 organisations, including leading financial institutions, multinational corporations, and public sector bodies. We deliver actionable insights through advanced monitoring platforms and specialist policy analysis.


As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in generating leads and booking high-quality meetings that support our revenue goals. While deep knowledge of politics or financial markets isn’t required, you must bring a strong willingness to engage with our industry. We have the in-house expertise to support you, your focus will be on building credibility, understanding client pain points, and finding the right angles to spark conversations and win meetings.


Key Responsibilities


Pipeline Development and Outreach


* Proactively identify and engage new prospects through Bloomberg IBs, emails, calls, social outreach, and events.
* Qualify inbound leads and book meetings that align with our ideal client profile.
* Leverage marketing campaigns and content to drive lead generation and engagement.
* Collaborate with BDMs on discovery calls to uncover client needs and articulate our value proposition.


Insight and Market Intelligence


* Work alongside senior analysts to understand the political landscape and shape compelling outreach.
* Stay informed on key sector developments to tailor messaging and improve prospecting success.
* Continuously build your knowledge of our services and client priorities to gain credibility in conversations.


Client Engagement and CRM Management


* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
* Contribute to the broader commercial strategy through consistent performance and cross-functional collaboration.


Your Experience & Attributes


* A proactive, can-do attitude and a resilient mindset.
* Target-oriented, with experience achieving measurable outcomes in a sales or customer-facing environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Eagerness to learn and develop professionally in a high-performance team.
* Experience with Bloomberg or political monitoring tools is a plus, but not required.

* £30k–£40k base + £10k–£15k OTE depending on experience.
