Clear Glass Limited is a fast-growing, family-run window cleaning business operating across Northampton and surrounding areas. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team on a self-employed basis. This is a physically demanding, outdoor role involving residential and commercial window cleaning using professional water-fed pole systems. The role requires consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently to complete daily rounds. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, manages their time well, and can be trusted to represent the company professionally. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out window cleaning using water-fed pole systems - Complete all assigned jobs within scheduled timeframes - Follow daily work schedules via company apps (Cleaner Planner / Squeegee) - Deliver consistently high standards of work - Communicate clearly with management throughout the day - Handle customer payments (card and occasional cash) in line with company procedures - Maintain cleanliness and organisation of company vehicle and equipment Requirements: - Age 25 or over (insurance purposes) - Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years (no major endorsements) - Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions - Strong time management and reliability are essential - Good communication skills - Ability to work independently without supervision - Previous window cleaning experience is preferred but not required – full training will be provided What We Offer: - £130 per day (self-employed, CIS).
