About the Opportunity:
Jacobs Field Solutions provide Engineering support and construction delivery to Defence, Nuclear, and utility sector clients. We require an experienced Administrator to support our work at our Barton Upon Humber Fabrication Facility. This role will require security clearance. Previous experience working on Construction Projects would be advantageous.
1. Expediting and coordinating information in line with demanding programes;
2. Ensuring all documentation is managed in compliance with processes, policies, and procedures;
3. Receive, issue and control project documentation & Maintain Projects filing;
4. Check compliance and quality of documents;
5. Attend project meetings to provide support and address any issues to ensure the effective flow of documentation;
6. Support in the collation and submission of project timesheets, and timesheet reports, and Update project documentation trackers;
7. Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure the information being processed complies with their requirements for handover;
8. Provide support for the raising of PO Requests, to procure project materials against issued quotes.
Here's What You'll Need:
9. Knowledge of working with Data Management Systems;
10. Proficient in MS Office tools;
11. Working as part of project delivery;
12. Security Clearance.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
13. Previous experience on Construction projects and industries.
