Earn £13.21 to £13.63 per hour (£25,838 to £26,645 per annum) plus 34 days leave (rising to 39) and health cash plan worth over £1140

What you’ll do
1. Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person-centred support
2. Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads
3. Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments
4. Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers
5. Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community

You have
6. Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting
7. Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)
8. Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support
9. The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach
10. You’ll be supporting our customers who are experiencing homelessness and other complex needs
The practical bits
11. We work on a rolling rota covering services 8am to 8pm and every third weekend, however we’re flexible and can agree your working pattern with you
12. You’ll manage your own diary to work from our property in Stroud, and also with the team in Gloucester
13. You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
14. A vehicle insured for business use (and a license!), we’ll pay for any business mileage
