Responsibilities
* Help young people continue hobbies, socialize, and learn new skills.
* Provide day‑to‑day care and create a safe, homely therapeutic environment; support routines such as school preparation and balanced meals.
* Ensure a safe space for relaxation and unwinding.
* Support young people to reach their potential through stimulated activities and consistent care.
* Build meaningful relationships and meet safeguarding needs.
* Collaborate with professionals and contribute to care planning.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Full UK Manual Diving licence (essential for school drives and activities).
* Capability to be a strong role model for looked‑after children.
* Ability to build trusting relationships.
* Genuine care and compassion for looked‑after children.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and sleeps.
* Willingness to complete a Level 3 qualification in Children’s and Young People Workforce.
