Key Responsibilities Lead and support your nursery room team, ensuring high standards of care and education. Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children’s development in line with EYFS. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Maintain a safe, hygienic, and compliant setting, following safeguarding and health & safety guidelines. Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing tailored support to meet individual needs.
